Madden 26 you are already the commissioner of 20 leagues glitch

I’ve haven’t been able to play madden 26 franchise mode for about a week because every time I try and make a new franchise it says warning you are already the commissioner of 20 leagues please delete one of your existing leagues before creating a new league. So before I started getting this message I think I had 2 or 3 active franchises but since I got this message I’ve deleted them all to see if it would fix but now I have 0 franchises and I can’t create a new one so when is the fix coming because I paid for a game that I can’t play and I’m pretty frustrated
