Subject: Automatic Loss / Disconnect during CPU Super Bowl Event
I was doing the Super Bowl Day CPU event and after beating game 7, I received a message saying the results were pending and it then gave me an automatic loss for game 8 without me ever playing it and not able to get the top rewards for the event. I have already opened a case, but please look into as this is looking to be a common issue.
I just got kicked out while going for my 6th win. I can't believe they're punishing us for their trash servers.
Same thing happened to me, I was on my 5th game and for no reason, during the middle of the game, I got kicked out of the game and my Madden 26 game exited to desktop on PC, that NEVER happens no crash nothing. no information on my windows event viewer for a reason it booted me to desktop or nothing (mabye their anticheat? goofed as it is a kernel anticheat).... so unless they do a make right im done with Madden. too many fails by Madden 26 this year, I advocated and supported this game coming to PC for 2 years, this 3rd year has been the worse Ultimate Team experience since I started it in 2019. Madden Ultimate Team use to be good from 2017-2021 (atleast on xbox), but with the implementation of all these side activities and Season,Team,Current Promo, passes, they lost focus on anything remotely close to what made Ultimate Team a success. So, I will no longer be supporting or advocating for this game moving forward. Still a fan of other games from EA, but Madden is moving in reverse as far as Ultimate Team.
Sucks, I am have been with EA for 20 years supporting them. to see this is just sad.
