Missing packs After buying them

I just bought the striker elite bundle for 60 thousand coins for getting level 20 and I haven’t received them. It says I have 7 unopened packs on the menu but when I click on the tab it only shows the 5 prior packs I had (all of them being presents). Meaning that it recognizes that I have the 2 Striker elite packs but they’re not showing up. If anyone else is having this problem, feel free to reach out, thanks.
