Auction house errors!!!

I recently received a high value 98 card that I decided to auction.   I never received the coins even though it says I did.  I did receive an error at the same time and reported it but they won't do anything for me!  This is in Madden 26 on ps5.

    It just happened again!  It seems everytime i use an auction time more then 1 hour this happens!
