Put the “King’s position guess” token and king’s hand guess” token into the “king guess token” set before finishing the “king’s equipment guess” set and my token disappeared so I can’t finish the “king guess token” set. Anyone else have this issue?

I’m also having the same problem when I tried to put the king guess sets into the king’s guess token set it got rid of my position and equipment guess, I can’t even refund them.
Same problem, redeemed kings equipment and the other two tokens disappeared. EA chat support has not helped as of writing. Still waiting on resolution from game team.

Update: They granted the 2 missing tokens. Hopefully they can fix this for anyone else
Did they do it on their own or you opened a case with Ea support?
Had a case open and they made me start this thread
