Create A Player Does Not Save & Cannot Switch Teams

Been updating a custom roster and attempted to add players into the game through the Create-a-player system. There are two game breaking bugs with this system, whether intentional or not. When creating a player, there is no confirmation button and you must press the back button to save, but no save option appears. The character then disappears. You also cannot change which team this player is assigned to, they are added to your selected favorite team and you must exit the create-a-player, go into rosters, release that player, go into free agency, then add them to the desired team in the chance it actually works. This is a system that worked perfectly not even two years ago. It is simply a frustrating system that adds time to my experience.
