Most Feared UnderCity Starter Key Pack

Attention: All Community Members that are experiencing the inability to purchase the Most Feared Undercity Starter Key Pack and Do Not have a Key to use to participate in the Trick-or-Treat CPU Event.

I've done my very best to try to find a resolution to this, not just for my self but for the community. I've strongly suggested that EA be held responsible for the inability to resolve this in a more timely manner, as this is a "Time Limited" event. I've asked that we be compensated for the lack of progress and inability to farm candy to make purchases in the store. Compensation that I recommended who be 2 packs of the Most Feared 90 OVR BND Champ Fantasy Pack.

It has been several days that I have personally experienced this. I've seen that several others across platforms are experiencing the same thing. The EA Support has closed (3) of my cases about this with it saying "No Fix'..

As of today 10/29/2025 - I reached out yet again to get a resolution. The EA Advisor told me "(10/29/2025, 1:34:44 PM): As I checked, this is still currently under review and just keep an eye out for some in-game messaging for some updates. I'll also take note that you're following up on this. I kindly ask for your patience. Is there anything else apart from this I can assist you with? "

I ask that if any community member that has been affected by this, and has been able to resolve this by themselves to please reach out and share what you did to be able to purchase the Most Feared Undercity Starter Key Pack. And obtain a new key.. Thank You
