Reagonomix Toverman02 have you guys found a fix? Been having the same issue as well. Had no problems finding squads games with my friend and then this started happening out of no where. It's been at least 2 weeks. My friend and I can only go one side of the ball. Not sure there's been a fix yet either. Please fix this EA_Aljo. I am on Xbox series X.

Hi there. Try creating a new lineup. Don't copy one. Add the players manually. Set this lineup to active and try again. Let me know what happens. Thanks!
Thanks for the reply. We just tried this but still not working. Can find a game if we do play as any role, but we always get the same ones. If we try pre selecting a role we cant find a game.

Try this. Play a full game with whatever roles the game gives you. After that, back out completely. Then, swap roles with your friend. Play another full game. Then try playing with your regular roles again.
Unfortunately no, it’s been over a month now so we tried to play again last weekend and it still didn’t work so we both uninstalled the game. He only had an offense made and I only had a defense made with most of our high overalls being BND players so we just gave up. Really sucks because this is the first Madden in a long time that we’ve had fun doing ultimate team on. We tried every “solution” given to us by multiple EA support people and nothing ever worked so now we just play PGA and MLB lol
