Never got Ranked player pack

I went through the challenge of getting to champion 3 in ranked MUT head 2 head. Never got my player pack though and have connected ea support 4 times now, I'm not sure what they are doing to make this happen. But big issue as those cards could be valuable as they get all 32 team chems and quicksell for 100,000 coins. Just want my card EA
