No Jaycee Horn in 90 OVR Most Feared Champ Fantasy Pack

I used almost all of my candy in the store to purchase the Most Feared Champ Fantasy pack so that I could choose Jaycee Horn from all of the 90 OVR players and when I went through all of the players, he was missing. The whole reason for buying that pack and completely unable to choose him. There doesn’t seem to be any good reason why he would be missing since he’s not an LTD or anything and it seems all of the other 90 OVR players seemed to be there…🤷🏻‍♂️🤦‍♂️

I also tried to upload the video from the game footage of me going through all of the available selections but it said failed…
