Not getting full credit for 0 Chill challenges

I am not getting full credit for the 0 chill challenges . Full difficulty level & all challenges asked are completed ,  I will only get 1 maybe 2 stars unless I restart my system , and than do the challenge but than the following challenge it does it again I have to keep restarting my system and I can’t keep doing that before every challenge , for the first time I shut my system off and didn’t even want to play anymore
