I got to 8 wins and wasn't receiving power rewards after 4 wins--it might have been before that but that's when I first noticed it. Today I got the rewards for win 8 by pressing the reward button but didn't get rewards for the wins before that and now it's locked me out, doesn't show my wins and losses (none) and wants me to submit a CPU Tier 2 entry token so I'm stuck.
I have the same problem with Genki 2. I paid for a level 3 token and got to 9 wins with no rewards so stopped there. I then tried going back to Level 1 and with Genki 2 and no change. I've attached to screens that show me not getting the power for a level 4 win just now.
Other modes aren't tracking either. Yesterday I won the fourth game of level one of Solo Seasons: The Run and didn't get the two hail mary packs. Just now I won the second game of Dungeon Run: Level 3--which I had to buy for reasons listed above--and didn't get the 2,150 power.
