When creating a roster for a team builder team in Madden 26 glitch.

How do I get the player face I choose when creating to stay the same when I get them in franchise.  Every time they are not the face in the profile.  Black players will be stock white guys, white players will be Asian... Why let me choose if they will not stay the same after I choose?
