Not Receiving Field Pass Credit for Fan Appreciation Challenges

I have completed all 30 available Fan Appreciation Challenges, for a total of 90 stars. However, the field pass only tracked the first 45, from Week 1 of the promo. I have closed and reopened the game, navigated into and out of the field pass menu, and even replayed certain challenges, none of which solved the problem.
