Offline Franchise mode
During mid game the game will freeze for like 15-30 seconds then un freeze. Does it multiple times during the game.

This happens in my franchise too. It started right after I added a play to my favorites. When I tab to my favorites when picking a play, it’ll freeze as you said.
This is definitely a thing. Screen freezes every time for 2-3 seconds when cycling over to the "favorites" tab on passing plays. I'm on Xbox Series X. I purchased the pre order so have been playing since the 7th, but this only started happening a couple of days ago (12th or 13th August).
