Pass Rush, Stamina, and Auto Subs

I have my auto subs for my defensive lineman at 95 Sub In and 90 Sub Out, however the game rarely subs out my starters. This year pass rush moves r supposed to cost stamina which should lead to players with lower stamina and pass rush move ratings getting subbed out more frequently. Just wondering if anyone else noticed this. If would be nice to rotate my defensive line without messing with my depth chart postions and formation subs.
