PC issues going in a month now

After the most recent update the game is unplayable on all modes with all teams on PC. I have a I9 4070 with 32BG. Lowering groahic settings to low makes no difference.  The game is super glitchy, especially at the time the ball is snapped. This makes the game completely unplayable.  Wondering when EA plans to fix this as so many people are having the same issue. I'd like my money back for a game I Cant play if they don't plan to fix this. Its been a month.
