Phantom leagues error (Madden 26)

It states I am already a commissioner of 40 leagues even though I only have 4. I’ve been trying to make a Team Builder all day but without success so I suppose this has led to me accidentally making a bunch of ghost leagues. I would like a sync or fix my username is wi1dstrike.
