Genuinely can’t make this up

As you can see in the video I am in a hopeless situation, playing for the love of the game until the love was lost. I am in no huddle and I select four verts and the play art for four verts appears. Then when the ball is snapped qb zone has been ran. This isn’t the first time this has happened. Can someone please tell me the reasoning why this is happening.
