Please fix the h2h online update roster glitch its been over a week

Hmmmm when I called last week I got through when it said do you know extension I pressed in various numbers and they said that extension I full or busy press 0 then I got through 

We can also go to the BBB

May be the quickest way to get this fixed. 

I just called and there is no ability to speak to someone. They just redirect me to the web

I wonder what BS EA will come up with today as an excuse to not fix this issue or say it doesn’t exist and then we are  all crazy and imagining this
