PS5 Disc (EU) – Can Access MUT Menus but Cannot Launch Any MUT Games – 3+ Weeks

Issue:
I can access Madden Ultimate Team menus normally and manage my team. However, I cannot launch any MUT games. Solo Challenges, Solo Battles and Head to Head all fail with a server processing error.
Duration:
This has been happening for over 3 weeks and persists across multiple patches.
Troubleshooting completed:
Full reinstall of Madden 26.
PS5 cache cleared.
Database rebuild.
Cross play toggled on and off.
Local Play Now game launched before entering MUT.
Network confirmed stable.
EA account login verified.
None of the above resolved the issue.
Additional context:
This appears to be an account side MUT gameplay entitlement or matchmaking token issue rather than a local console or network problem. Other PS5 disc users in the EU appear to be affected.
