QB runs parallel to the LOS and OoB

Bug: Once in a while the QB, when scrambling and looking downfield, will stop at the LOS and then run parallel too the LOS and straight out of bounds.

Can you reproduce it? How?: No, its CPU v CPU it happens while watching in slow sim
