Ranked issue

I had made it to champion 1 ranked last night. When turning on my game this morning. It is showing I did not get my last 3 wins keeping me at Hero 3.. I still have not received my McCollum from watching twitch, and they have now taken away my champion rank for this as well. Is there not a phone number to call to fix these issues?
