I have to do a roster update.Every time I play online. I cannot update my ranking. It is frozen.

They won't even say they'll fix it, unreal EA_Kent
Make sure you don’t have a saved lineup. Also, you might be playing in an Arena your starting lineup is too good for. So they make you replace them.
