Re: Cant get on the servers to play MUT

Just checking if anyone else is having issues trying to get into Ultimate Team. I can open the game with no issues but for the last week or so I have to keep selecting Ultimate Team about 10 to 40 times before it finally gets me in. I get that 'the server cannot process' error. This happens every time I login to the game.  If I have any packs that are available at start up, like the welcome packs, it freezes and I have to reload the game. I play College football and have no issues or with other EA games, or other games in general. It does connect, each time it signs me out of my account on the game when I login, I can go to the field pass when I click on it, but will not let me go to ultimate team right away. 

I have restarted the console, Playstation 5, cleared the cache. It's been the first game I try when I start up. Checked my internet connection, its at 1gb, should be fast enough and I had a tech come and check my connection and ther are no issues. I have deleted the game off my system and reinstalled it, and no help, made sure its the latest update. I have played offline franchise mode for a game or two before clicking on ultimate team,  have let it sit on the menu for about 15 to 30 min before I join, same stuff. Checked my lineup. Let my team be on a defaulted best lineup. 

Of coarse reached out to EA help, or should I say NO HELP,several times, on Facebook, X and on the ea help website, which I get NO response.  Can't get 1 answer from them, unless someone knows a better way to get them to reply. 

Any thoughts of a fix would be of help.

    Also I am on a wired connection and have tried using WIFI and a mobile Hotspot and still same issue. Tried the troubleshooting helps on the EA page and does not fix the issue.

    Not sure but the last 2 days I have been able to get in MUT with no issues. I started to play around in the settings, going into modes and trying to connect and ever since I went into superstar, which I have not played at all before, I have had no issues so far. Not sure if it is coincidence or something got fixed.

    Keeping fingers crossed.

    Exactly the same issue here but only mine took only three tries before letting me in not 10 to 50

    Same here I can’t get it’s been like a week, and EA had not said anything about, that’s what’s frustrating because I don’t know is my connection or is it a server problem !

    It’s been over a week still can’t sign into Ultimate Team. Other EA titles are working fine so it’s not on my end. I even deleted the game and redownloaded. Never been out like this before. We should be getting some serious rewards for this.

    They don’t care !!!! For days you can barely connect to it , this game its a disgrace , shame on @EA they should refund the money to ppl

    Had an online chat thru EA help yesterday and we ran thru some trouble shooting like ‘rebuilding data’ and 'restoring licenses’ all thru settings on whatever platform ur running but still nothing. In the end he said it must be ‘bug’ and it needs to be fixed on their end. It’s a sign, we probably shouldn’t bother with Madden 27.
