Re: Cant get on the servers to play MUT
I was having trouble connecting to MUT. Every time I would load into madden it would disconnect me from servers immediately before pressing anything. Once I sign back in I could go to online franchise but not able to load into MUT. Trying to find a solution to this I contacted support to find a fix. One was to unlink my PSN and relink. Come to find out there were two accounts linked to my EA account. They unlinked my current PSN that has my MUT team from all of Madden 26 that had a couple thousand dollars and countless hours put into it. I have a ban on my EA account from Madden 25 (auction house) ban. When the agent unlinked my account the PSN that had the ban which occurred in August 2024 was left on my EA account. Now I can’t relink my current PSN that has been linked for the past 2 years back to my account because of the ban. When I reach out to the TOS team for an appeal I keep getting the same automated email response. I’m not wanting the ban lifted from Madden 25, just want to be able to link my PSN and get access to my MUT team. Anyone know what to do from here?
