Re: Madden 26 Superstar mode Broken

am getting EA error 263 only when I try to access the Superstar mode in Madden NFL 26.

All other game modes work fine.

This problem has been happening for more than 2 months.

Could you please check and reset my access to the Superstar service (entitlement / cloud profile)?
