97+ NFL Draft Night Player scam

I purchased the 1 time  97+ BND player for 42.5k training points just to get a 91 ovr BND player.. beyond irritated that I got scammed by EA out of my hard earned points and to read that they most likely wont fix this? Seems like false advertising telling me buy something not honored thinking of contacting a lawyer to see what they think about unfair business practices. Seems like a clear bait and switch to me as is illegal which also now considering contacting BBB and Federal trade commission
