Re: Online H2H not working

like title says... been 2 months and some change now. our servers cannot process your request at this time. 2 months. i  will never preorder another EA game again. not even getting battlefield. complete speculation but I'm starting to think this has something to do with EA's brand new owners being 20b in debt lol. force the free minority mode player base into the modes that you need to spend more money in the gain an advantage. gross negligence at this point. never in my years of gaming the last 30 years have i seen a company take this long to fix something so simple. 2 months. I'm seeing new MUT cards every week and issues in that mode swiftly addressed. I just want to play the mode i like playing. Just saddening that on top of being given little to no details or updates, i cant even get a refund because i trusted you all haha. It has gotten so bad that my IRLs have now encountered same "bug" and are now unable to play. Before i delete the game for good EA Please escalate this issue in any way possible. it has gotten to that point. 2 Months with the little information we've received is absolutely unacceptable.
