Relocation teams bugged helmets and jerseys

Multiple Relocation teams have faulty helmets and jersey details. 

Teams such as the Bulls and Condors, among others, have a wrongly colored helmet. 

Let's take the Condors as an example. One picture shows how they are supposed to look with a black/gray helmet. However the other pictures shows them end up getting a white helmet.  How is this possible?

Not only are some helmets wrongly colored, some jerseys have faulty details such as number colors. Showcased by two pictures of the Shamrocks uniforms.

How is this possible! You somehow were able to flip the home and away numbers colors!

I suppose this is an easy fix, but this must have been very hard to mess up.....
