Rookie OTAs bug

I keep getting the same rookie OTAs cut scene every two weeks in Franchise. I am year 3 with my Saints and I keep telling my rookie qb that he is going to have to play straight away even though he has been starting all season and it's week 18. Series X.

I'm getting the same bug a year later for a player who was a rookie last season. Also in year 3 of offline franchise.
