Season 6 Field Pass Not Tracking

My Xbox account is Old Moist Toes. I have been grinding ultimate team all day on and my season 6 field pass has stayed 3/4 of the way to level 17 I spent 150 madden cash to buy the rest of the level in hopes to unstick it but it still refuses to track any XP. I’m not stuck at the start of level 17… I’ve reset the game and my Xbox multiple times even hard reset it and nothing. What do I do about this…
