Since the update SS import has been giving me an error

SS import or really anything SS related is now broken. Everytime i try to change gear or import my college player im hit with an error that literally flashes over and over locking the game up until I close the game down and restart it. Ill never understand why EA and madden cant put out a game they can actually stand behind. I played maybe 4 hours of madden 25 because gameplay was horrible. Thought maybe this year would be better. Since it first launched its been without a doubt the worst GAME I have ever played. Nothing works. Glitch and bug after glitch and bug. At this point im done. I just cant handle the madden franshise anymore. College football is where its at. Sadly its a game that I feel I "beat" after my SS RTG career is done. I love dynasty but it would be great to be able to take my player from one game to the next and still feel like im playing a great game. Its just a big let done to see after this update they literally broke the game for so many players.
