Solo challenges glitched again

Since June 2, 2026, I have experienced a recurring issue with the Challenges menu in Madden Ultimate Team on Xbox Series S. Whenever I select Challenges, the game becomes stuck on the Ultimate Team background screen near the 10-yard line. The game does not completely freeze, as the music continues playing and I can still access other Ultimate Team features. I have attempted numerous troubleshooting steps, including restarting my console, clearing the cache, generating the best lineup, and uninstalling and reinstalling the game multiple times. The issue temporarily resolved itself on June 10, but the glitch came back from the 11th-14th. June 15 it was “resolved” but then was glitched again on June 20. Because the problem repeatedly comes back despite all troubleshooting efforts, it appears to be a server-side or technical issue that requires investigation and a permanent fix on EA’s end.
