Super Bowl event rewards

I completed the Super Bowl events early in the Super Bowl promo, contacted ea 3 times now, and still do not have my rewards, the promo has came and went now and nothing has been done to make this right. At this point the rewards will have no value and be pointless and getting. I just want this made right and I’ve became extremely frustrated with this and ea.
