Superstar combine glitch

i’m once again posting this because it has been around 2 weeks since i posted the last report and i’ve been experiencing this glitch since December. the following is the glitch i have had since december :I have recently been experiencing an issue with the Superstar combine, when you are in the combine you can do it. After the original cutscene introducing your player and the other players after the first cutscene the game is put into an infinite loop of camera angles ( it’s like the play select glitch but it obviously being the combine you can’t time out of it ) also if you try skipping the cutscene the game immediately crashes. i’ve reported the crash multiple times on The Playstation report and EA hasn’t done anything for around a month. And troubleshooting this issue doesn’t work either, I’ve tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling and it still has the same outcome of crashing and  infinite loop. And you cannot delete the Superstar character since when you are in the combine section of the game you can’t “quit” and also when you are in the main menu when you go into the superstar it automatically puts you in the combine.
