Superstar glitch

My superstar QB randomly switched spots with my RB on the bengals? So every time I try to play league mode with my qb I'm a rb and I simmed a whole season to try and hit free agency just for the game to not give me the chance to change teams. My rb superstar didn't reset his progression but it did reset all his stats and ended up going through a whole new draft and new team. my qb can't progress at all anymore in league mode because of this and I can't even play qb in league mode at all. I thought it was a glitch I just had to restart the game but of course not that's too easy for EA. Idk how it even happened and idk if it will ever get fixed but this is just proof it happened
