Superstar Hall of Famer chapter bug

I have maxed out the all 4 points (Head Coach, Fan Base, Media, & WR1) for Hall of Famer chapter in Superstar mode. I have done this with 2 separate teams & bout to do again for a 3rd team. Please Fix or Advise EA Sports team
