Superstar issues

I’ll start a game in superstar and it’ll just bug out and kick me back to the main screen but won’t allow me to do anything. Just shows the saquan clips and Josh Allen clips. I then have to restart the game and none of the game was saved. So I’ve been stuck in the same place for a week now. Please EA fix this game. I attempted to get a refund from Sony and I was past the 14 days. This has been the most frustrating madden experience and I’ve been playing since 95.  And also I’ve attempted deleting the game and redownloading several times.
