Superstar mode crashing

Trying to play superstar mode but it keeps going to combine and then crashing. I've attached a video

The fact that they have yet to fix this issue is concerning and can almost guarantee i never get another @easports game again

Can’t make a report for harassment.
Every time I try to submit a report for harassment I get this error code. Someone has my personal address and made multiple death threats over a simple game of Madden.

Superstar ko 2v2 and 3v3
Anything in superstar ko? Me and 2 friends bout the game just to play with each other and after 3 days have yet to been able to load into a lobby with each other. Need a fix!
