Superstar mode still not working

EA what is going on with superstar mode on madden 26? I literally buy the game to play superstar mode and it boots me off the server and says it can’t retrieve my data. Like come on all the other game modes work but this doesn’t. I have done everything in was told to try and fix it but nothing works. Odds of anyone at EA seeing this and doing anything is slim but come on you’re a multimillion dollar company. Not to mention nowhere can I get in contact with an actual person to help fix this. This isn’t fair and doesn’t make me want to buy Madden 27 at all
