Re: Madden 26 Superstar mode Broken

I havent played Superstar Mode for months.. I always get Error (263) when i try to start Superstar Mode

I have the same issue. I purchases the game a week or two ago, started my first superstar save after importing a rtg from NCAA CFB 26. The save made it just over 10 games, I can't load the save any more. Error code 263

Join the club, i've done everything reloaded.The game erased everything reinstalled.It tried unconnecting my e a account to my p.S n account nothing works.This is an e a sports problem.And their negligent in their duties

We've also tried all of the steps and have been unable to play Superstar Mode on Madden '26, been trying and troubleshooting since October. It works on Madden '25. WTH!!! Super frustrating!

I had to create another account on the psn and EA to play the superstar mode

its been like this for me since October reached out to ea support multiple times and nothing gets fixed alot of people have the same issue aswell but ea doesn't care about us

Every time I try to play superstar it gives me an 263 error

Everytime I try to play superstar mode on Madden 26 I gives me a black screen followed by, “Error 263”. I would like and appreciate to have this issue corrected. Please contact me.

Trying to play superstar and keep getting a 263 code says contact support or EA forums so here I am can anyone help with this issue?

Mines done the same since buying the game.

Havent been able to play superstar mode 

I’m having same issue, but my nephew is down stairs playing super star mode as we speak.. It works fine for him on his console but won’t work at all for me on my console.I even went a bot a brand new PlayStation 5 hoping that would allow me to play superstar mode, and still nothing

Been like this for months and can’t figure it out

On madden 26 superstar mode it won’t let me play it keeps showing error code 263 I really enjoy superstar mode and I would like to get it back 

The lack of attention or response to this is shocking.  It is the single worst game support I have ever witnessed, and it destroys my desire to patronize EA Sports products going forward.

Error Code 263 that has persisted since the September update. Despite numerous attempts to reach the tech team and follow the recommended troubleshooting steps, the issue remains unresolved.

This ongoing  has removed my ability to use the game, and the lack of resolution is unacceptable. As a result, I have decided that I will not be purchasing any future products from the company, as this experience has led me to lose all trust.
