Superstar Sphere of Influence Data not deleting for new characters

Question

The Sphere of Influence relationships are carrying over to new characters. If you are drafted to the same team as an old character, that characters influence with coaches/players is transfered to the inactive list of the new character. This means the new character isn't able to build a relationship with the coach in order to progress through the depth chart. This is a game killing bug. I've deleted local and cloud storages and this did not fix the issue.&nbsp;

I thought it was only me. It makes Superstar essentially unplayable. I feel like I'm in an abusive relationship with EA. They do something that in any other context, is "unforgivable", I swear that I'm done, then they promise me that things are going to be different this time, they aren't, and the cycle continues...😐&nbsp;

I'm having the same issue when I change teams which I'm playing as the QB. The Sphere Of Influence doesn't move my old team mates to inactive. My new players don't even show up on Sphere Of Influence. So there is no way to build a relationship with your new team because Sphere Of Influence doesn't recognize them, you would think that madden could do a simple update to fix this problem but nothing ever changes.
