Madden 26 Superstar Mode Bug Report (PS5)

Mode: Superstar Mode

Issue Summary:

After completing or attempting the combine, the game auto-loads the combine and/or goes black, preventing progression.

Cannot create a new Superstar career, even after deleting console and cloud saves.

This has persisted across multiple attempts, positions, and actions.

Steps Taken:

1. Deleted Superstar save data from console (50+ MB).

2. Deleted Superstar save data from cloud storage.

3. Restarted PS5.

4. Ensured PS5 is online to connect to EA servers.

5. Tried different positions (WR, QB, RB, LB, TE).

6. Avoided repeating combine drills.

7. Did not achieve perfect scores (8/8) in passing drills.

8. Let main menu sit for several minutes to sync with servers.

Current Behavior:

Game immediately jumps into the combine or errors out.

Cannot access the Superstar menu to create a new career.

Steps above do not resolve the issue.
