Team Builder Custom Layers Not Appearing Properly.

I mean the problem is fairly simple. I'm currently doing an online franchise (just me in it) with a teambuilder team I've made, and this uniform in particular never seems to load the custom layers on the jersey and helmet properly. All 4 of the other uniforms load properly, yet this one won't. I've tried making new franchises yet the same problem continues. I've also tried lightening the uniforms a bit while still keeping them dark, which also didn't fix the issue. Any fix would be awesome, thanks!
