Team pass not leveling up

Since game officially launched my team pass has been stuck at level 1. I have a 50-23 record online and still it doesn’t move. I had early access and reached max level but for some reason since the game released it is broken for me.

    I figured it out. You have to go into Ultimate team and get pass there. I had madden pts so I got the premium one but fairly certain you can do free one as well. Do that, leave MUT and then you should be good to go. Never opened mode in my life but I noticed the free rewards were all kind of MUT based so I tried and it worked.

    Madden pass not updating went down to level one after update . and been playing everyday since and level still hasn’t move pass level 1

    Been playing for a week (Online H2H). Rank has moved up, currently on Elite. But stuck on Level 1 XP.
