After 10 "ea help" chats. All but the last of which I was simply told there's nothing to be done, and no other departments to be transferred to - I finally got sent to talk to a "tech team" after mentioning a potential Suit or talking to the BBB. the tech team said all they could offer was a 250k "creds" which cannot be used for skill points or anything in the way my previous points had been used. I was not told they could not be used to buy Player points, and so my cash value was never returned.
