Trial error
I have purchased madden but when I load it up it says my game trial is over even though I have fully purchased the game.

If you have a separate install for the trial, uninstall that and reboot, and then retry. Otherwise, contact an Advisor using the info below so they can look into this for you. Thanks.

i downloaded game madden 26, somehow before ea play trial.I have EA play now. For some reason madden will not let me play the game as it mentions i have expired trial although i have not even played the game for 5 mins.
But this is an error on your part. I somehow downloaded the game before purchse of the trial or the actual game Payment.So now when i suscribed to ea play madden showed expired. Then i decided to download f1 and it was all fine.i beleive this is specific issue and not general.Then it makes sense this error because how would i be able to download the the game without ea play Initially.
