Trick-or-Treat

Again I am playing on Xbox x series an won at 291 grimhollow drive or lane whatever it is, and boom NO rewards an no dang key for next house. It just goes to a Selct game showing. 

Trick-or-Treat cpu (locked) and tells me access rules not met...... then if you read it says if I don't have a key I can go buy one.... did that already two times now with same results. No rewards (Candy or Key to next house)
