Ultimate Team Squads not Loading

When me and my friend try and get in a squads head to head match it sends us back to the main menu everytime. It used to work but as of the last 2 weeks we haven’t been able to get into a single game. I don’t understand how an entire game mode is unplayable in a game. I’d like to be able to play the game i’ve spent money on for my team.
